Q. Is Web Eyes easy to use?
A. Yes. Anyone can easily learn how to operate and navigate Web Eyes. The toolbar is simple and "user friendly". Q. Is Web Eyes easy to download and install?
A. Yes. Web Eyes is easy to download.  Follow the simple “Downloading” instructions.  If you aren’t familiar with the downloading process…we suggest you print out the instructions before you start to download.  Web Eyes installs quickly…within a few minutes. 

Q. I prefer not to download, how can I get Web Eyes on my computer?
A. Simple, buy the CD version of Web Eyes.  Order on our site or call our toll-free Customer Support line:  1.800.983.6397  You’ll receive your CD in the mail within two weeks.

Q. What are the system requirements for Web Eyes to work on my computer?
A. You must have Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. Web Eyes works on Windows Vista, XP, ME, 2000, 98 and NT.   Web Eyes does not work on Macs.

Q. Does Web Eyes work on all Web pages?
A. Web Eyes works on a vast majority of Web pages. A few Web sites are made up completely of graphics--the text is part of the graphic--on these pages Web Eyes does not make the text bigger. However, find the article you want to read, then click the "Read Like a Book" icon and in most cases the text will increase in size and you can read like a book instead of scrolling.

Q. Does Web Eyes work with AOL?
A.  Web Eyes only works with Internet Explorer at this time, not with AOL's specific browser.  However, if you have Internet Explorer installed, you can use AOL to get online then open up the IE browser and it will use the AOL connection…then Web Eyes will work.
 
Q. Does Web Eyes work on other browsers besides Internet Explorer?
A. Sorry, at this time, Web Eyes does not work with FireFox or Opera.

Q. Will Web Eyes take up a lot of space on my hard drive?
A. No. Since Web Eyes uses an extremely small amount of space on your computer – only 1.3 MB.

Q. How can I print from Web Eyes?
A. Currently, Web Eyes does not support printing. Therefore, you should use IE to print the Web content.

Q. Will my email address or registration information be sold to anyone?
A. No. Your email address and registration information will never be sold to any company or individual.

Q. As a result of installing Web Eyes, will I start receiving pop-up ads?
A. No. You will not receive any pop-up advertising because of installing Web Eyes.
