Q. What is the purpose of the “Page Control” Window?
A. The “Page Control” window is designed to allow you to increase the type within the IE browser window to the necessary reading size, while simultaneously maintaining the original look and feel of the Web page. Since the enlarged type has increased the dimensions of the Web page, the page itself may flow well outside the perimeters of the monitor. The “Page Control” window allows you to quickly identify the position on the overall page, and to "pan" across and down to get a feel for the page’s composition and layout. The “Page Control” window is best used with larger monitors.
Q. In the “Page Control” window, if I increase the type size, it over laps with other text. Is this normal?
A. Yes. Certain sites, because of their design, react this way. With these Web sites we advise using the “Read Like a Book” format, since it extracts only the text and does not attempt layout functions.
